Hello.
Me and my partner Emilia are looking for a 1 room flat or 2 rooms flat in Berlin starting from 1st of February.
We are both working, good vibe people and not really the party type since we are both very busy with work. I am working as an Operations Manager globally for a company and she is working as an Operations Associate.
My contract is already past the probation time and permanent and the netto salary is pretty decent.
Our budget fluctuates between 750 and 1100 euros, depending on what the options we receive offer.
Our current rent contract expires on 28th of February so any option in the month of February works for us.
We are also both clean people and we will take care of the place.
