Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for a flat to rent between 30 – 50 sqm ideally in the Schöneberg area or easily accessible on the u-bahn. I own a busy massage studio in Schöneberg (Northern Holistic, hence the need to live close) with 4 staff. In addition, I also work part time for a UK company doing IT work (earning in GBP)
Payslips, schufa (request now) and last finanzamt statement all available. I’m originally a British citizen (from Scotland) but allowed to reside and work in Germany with an Article 50 card (I was here before Brexit when the UK was still part of the EU).
Looking from April and ideally on a long term contract.
The property can either be furnished or unfurnished, I don’t mind.
I’m 41 years of age and very clean and tidy person. I am also a home owner of my own with tenants in the UK so will always look after the property.
