1-Zimmerwohnung ab sofort gesucht

Hey,

ich bin Christina, 27 Jahre und momentan auf der Suche nach einem langfristigen Zuhause in Berlin da ich ab Mai anfange zu arbeiten.

Ich suche nach einer hellen 1-Zimmerwohnung in den gängigen Bezirken mit einem Budget von +/- 800 €. Falls du deine Wohnung nur für eine befristete Zeit (mind. 6 Monate) vermietest, käme das für mich auf jeden Fall auch in Frage. Benötigte Dokumente wie Schufa (request now) oder ggf. eine Mietbürgschaft sind vorhanden.

Ich treibe mich gerne in Cafés rum, gehe schwimmen oder auch mal zum Yoga, fotografiere liebend gern und verbringe die restliche Zeit mit Kochen – alles Hobbies die entweder leise sind oder die ich außerhalb der Wohnung mache. Weil mein Zuhause für mich ein Rückzugsort ist, veranstalte ich auch keine Parties oder höre laut Musik.

Da ich mich noch nicht in Berlin befinde wäre es super wenn wir erstmal telefonieren könnten, wenn es passt komme ich aber natürlich auch vorbei!

My name is Christina, 27 years old, and I am currently looking for a long-term home in Berlin, as I will start working in May. I am looking for a bright one-bedroom apartment in the usual districts, with a budget of +/- 800 €. If you are only renting out your apartment for a limited period (at least 6 months), this would also be an option for me. I can provide required documents such as Schufa (request now) or possibly a rental guarantee.

I like to hang out in cafés, go swimming or do yoga, I love to take pictures and spend the rest of my time cooking - all hobbies that are either quiet or that I do outside the apartment. As my home is my retreat, I don't throw any parties or listen to loud music.

Since I'm not in Berlin yet, it would be great if we could talk online first, if it fits I will of course come by personally.
