Hello everyone,
I’m looking for someone to sublet my furnished one room apartment from 13th of April - 2nd of May near Eberswalderstraße, Prenzlauer Berg as I will be out of town for this time period.
The rent will be 430€ for 20 days (it's calculated by the rent per night).
The apartment consists of a large room, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. With its large windows, the apartment is very bright and still quiet due to its location facing the backyard, it's super nice to wake up to hearing the birds sing outside the window.
The apartment is really nicely and centrally located with very good public transportation connections.
The subway Eberswalder Straße is a few minutes walk away, additionally there is a streetcar stop 3 minutes away. 🚃
All around are numerous super cute restaurants, bistros and cafes close to Kulturbrauerei.
❌ No smoking in the apartment
❌ No pets
As a deposit and for security I would like 150€ and a picture of your passport.

Hallo liebe Menschen,
für den Zeitraum vom 13.4. bis 2.5. vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung nahe der Eberswalderstraße im Prenzlauer Berg unter.
Die Miete beträgt 430€ für die 20 Tage (zusammengerechnet für den Preis pro Nacht über die Warmmiete).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einem Flur, einem Bad und einer Küche. Mit ihren großen Fenstern ist die Wohnung sehr hell und durch ihre Lage zum Innenhof sehr ruhig gelegen und man wacht morgens sogar zum Zwitschern der Vögel im Hinterhof auf.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön gelegen und liegt zentral im Kollwitz Kiez mit sehr guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn Eberswalder Straße wenige Gehminuten entfernt, zusätzlich gibt es 3 Minuten entfernt eine Tram-Haltestelle. 🚃 Rundherum sind zahlreiche super süße Restaurants, Bistros und Cafés und die Kulturbrauerei.
❌ Kein Rauchen in der Wohnung
❌ Keine Haustiere
Als Kaution und zur Sicherheit hätte ich gerne 150€ und ein Foto von eurem Pass.
