Hello, everyone!
I am offering my 1 room apartment for rent for 1 month an a half. I am going to visit my family to Argentina and for this reason i'm subleting them.
The apartment is in 4. floor with elevator and a beautiful balcony, with a lot of light during the day as i have no buildings around. The flat is fully furnished, with a bed, laundry to wash, and a fully equipped kitchen.
I'm a designer so i use the apartment to work, so one of the tables you can see in the picture i will remove to you have more space.
The only requirement for subleting is please to take care of my plants as they are like my kids, so please i would appreciate if u can watering them 1 time peer week. Also please to be clean and take care of everything.
Unfortunately I cannot offer anmeldung.

The apartment is located 6' away by foot to U6 Kaiserin Augusta Str. Station (Tempelhof)
You have a big center shopping close to the apartment, also 2' minutes walking you have a Lild supermarkt. 5' walking you have an Aldi and Edeka supermarkt.
Also you have good coffee shops around the corner.
