The apartment is equipped with private bathroom and fitted kitchen and is rented furnished with bed, desk and wardrobe. The rental price includes electricity, heating and Wi-Fi.

The new building has a large communal kitchen, a laundry room, a storage room for bicycles, elevator and billiards and kicker tables in the basement

5 min walk from U and S (Ringbahn) stationed Franfurter Avenue and many shopping facilities (Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann, dm). 15 min to foot from Boxhagener Platz.

Für meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnhng (studio) suche ich für 5 Wochen eine/n Untermieter/in. Gesamtmiete für den Zeitraum liegt bei 850€. Es gibt eine wahrscheinlichkeit, dass dieser zeitraum noch um eine woche verlängert werden kann.



Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Badezimmer und Einbauküche ausgestattet und wird mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleidungsschrank möbliert vermietet. Im Mietpreis sind Strom, Heizung und WLAN enthalten.

Der Neubau hat jedenfalls auch eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, eunen Waschraum, einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Aufzug und Billard und Kicker Tische im Keller
