Alt Rixdorf

As I move with my friend, I rent my small but fine 1-room apartment with small storage room, bathroom with bathtub in the beautiful old Rixdorf to the lower rental. In the area there are numerous bars and excursions and green areas. You can walk in 8 minutes at the S-Sonnenallee or in 10 minutes at the station U Neukölln (U7). You should have a regulated income, schufaauskunft and a liability insurance. The possibility of bringing animals is unfortunately not allowed. I rent out unfurnished - the kitchen remains in it. In no case is a party apartment - all neighbors are very considerate.

Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe, vermiete ich meine kleine aber feine 1-Zimmerwohnung mit kleiner Abstellkammer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne im schönen Alt Rixdorf zur Untermiete. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Grünflächen. Zu Fuß ist man in 8 min an der Ringbahn S-Sonnenallee oder in 10 min an der Station U Neukölln (U7). Du solltest ein geregeltes Einkommen haben, Schufaauskunft und eine Haftpflichtversicherung. Die Möglichkeit Tiere mitzubringen, ist leider nicht erlaubt. Ich vermiete unmöbliert - die Küche bleibt allerdings drin. Es handelt sich in keinem Fall um eine Partywohnung - alle Nachbarn sind sehr rücksichtsvoll miteinander.
