Bright 1 room apt in the heart of Neukölln (fully furnished)

Hello there!

I'm subletting my beautiful sanctuary from the 4th of November 2023 to the 1st of August 2024. I might have the need in a very unlikely case to come a bit earlier than that, but we can discuss this in person when you see the apt. It is a lovely one room apartment, extremely calm and peaceful, in a wonderful alt bau with high ceilings. It has everything you need: a custom-made bunk bed, a sofa, a desk to work, plants, fast internet, a fully equpped kitchen and a big bathroom :)

Important things to know:

- NO anmeldung possible
- As a consequence is NOT possible to have your name in the doorbell
- This is NOT a party place — the neighbours demand peace, and it's generally an oasis to rest so this is really important
- This is NOT for couples
- This is NOT for smokers
- This is only for you if you are tidy and clean, you care about recycling and you love plants
