ICH BIETE:
Eine ruhige und helle 1-Zimmerwohnung im 3. OG. Die Wohnung wird nach dem Tausch 604€ warm kosten (Kaltmiete: 480€ zzgl. BK-VZ 60€ und HK-VZ 64€) und ist 40 qm groß.
Die Einbauküche, die wir damals eingebaut hatten, würden wir bei einem guten Tauschangebot kostenlos überlassen.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert, hat neue Fenster und besteht aus einem schönen großen Zimmer, einer Küche, Bad und Flur.
Die Hausverwaltung ist bereits wegen eines Tausches angefragt und ist grundsätzlich einverstanden.
WIR SUCHEN:
Eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss oder eine Wohnung mit Aufzug. Bei der Zimmeranzahl sind wir flexibel. Die Wohnung sollte aber nicht mehr als 1.200 € warm kosten. Grundsätzlich kommt ganz Berlin in Betracht, aber wir suchen bevorzugt im Wedding.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In 4 Minuten Fußweg seit ihr am U-Bahnhof Leopoldplatz und 7 Minuten Fußweg am S+U-Bahnhof Wedding.
