Hallo zusammen,
ich gehe in 2023 auf Reisen und würde meine frisch bezogene Wohnung solange untervermieten. Ein- und Auszug ist in Abstimmung derzeit variabel möglich, da ich dann die Reise anpassen würde. Also schreibt gern auch, wenn ihr erst nach dem 01.02. rein oder vor dem 29.04. wieder weiter wollt.
Die Wohnung ist 2022 renoviert, hat seit September einen neuen Fussboden und hat seit Dezember eine komplett neue Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd. Es gibt 57 qm Platz aufgeteilt auf 1 großes Wohnküchenzimmer, 1 Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer, 1 Flur, 1 Abstellbereich und 1 (innen liegendes) Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. WiFi funktioniert, Schreibtisch mit Bildschirmen gibt es auch, Bett, Möbel, Couch, Stühle, etc. alles da, ebenso einige Sportgeräte oder eine Fitnessmatte. Also alles was zumindest ich für Home Office so brauche und während derReise auch da lasse. Fernseher habe ich keinen, da ich nur noch streame.Vom Schnitt nicht für WGs geeignet.

Dear people,
I gonna subrent my flat in spring 2023 while I will be traveling. I just moved in in 2022 so everything from ground to kitchen is new or renovated. I didn´t fix arrival/ leaving for the journey yet so feel free to text if you like to move in later oder leave earlier. Full furnitered. There is WiFi but no TV (cause I just stream). The rooms do not fit for a shared flat, but more for a couple or single person.

Direkt in der Rigaer Straße, 2-3 Min Fussweg zum U-Bhf Samariter-Straße (U5) bzw. man kann auch zum S Frankfurter Allee oder S Storkower Straße (beides Ringbahn) laufen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 5. Etage, hat einen Fahrstuhl, Balkon sowie Süd-West-Ausrichtung. Also alles bis auf das innen liegende Bad recht hell.
