Du hast auch eine U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe (3 min), die Dich in 10 min zum Kudamm oder Zoo bringt.
Du hast 4 Einkaufszentren in der Nähe (4 min entfernt), deine Straße aber ist sehr ruhig und friedlich.

Ich suche eine nette Person, die Tiere liebt, sauber und verantwortungsbewusst ist, Nichtraucher, keine Party-Person und auch meinen Nachbarn gegenüber nicht störend laut ist
Ich habe ein Eichhörnchen, das jeden Tag an mein Fenster kommt, um etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Also kann ich meine Wohnung nur vermieten, wenn Du ihm morgens ein paar Nüsse hinstellst (ich habe schon Nüsse, man braucht nichts kaufen). ✨🌸
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Du auf meine Pflanzen gut aufpasst :)

I have a squirell who comes every day on my window to get some food . So i can only rent my flat who leaves some nuts in the morning for him . ( i already have nuts you dont need to buy anything )
And of course taking care of my plants and flat good:)
