Hallo,
ich suche für mein möbliertes 1-Zimmer-Appartment ab September (plus/minus einen Monat) eine/n Zwischenmieter/in bis ca. Mitte März. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Kochnische, einem kleinen Flur, einem Bad (mit Dusche) sowie einem kleinen Balkon. Das Appartment liegt im Stadtteil Babenhausen nahe der Universität. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top, direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle (Bus fährt alle 30 min). Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10 min zur Uni, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 10-15 min.
Zudem lädt die naturnahe Lage hier zum Laufen und Sporttreiben ein.
Wer Interesse hat kann sich einfach bei mir melden, dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
