Wegen Rückkehr in meine Heimat in Südamerika muss ich meine schöne Wohnung hinter der Pauluskirche ab dem 1. Mai abgeben.
Da ich meine Möbel nicht mitnehmen kann, wäre ich extrem dankbar, wenn sie übernommen werden. (Mindestens das Bett und die Matratze, die andere könnte ich evtl. verkaufen/verschenken.)
Gesamtmiete ist 415 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist am 3.OG eines Altbaus, wurde aber vor Kurze teilweise saniert. Es gibt vorne einen kleinen Balkon. Das Haus hat einen geteilten Keller/Waschraum und einen Hinterhof. Die Nachbar sind sehr nett.
Haustiere sind mit Zustimmung des Vermieters erlaubt.
Top-Lage gerade hinter der Pauluskirche, parallel zur August-Bebel-Straße. Die nähest liegende Bus-Haltestelle ist nur ein Paar hundert Meter entfernt.
Fußläufig erreichbar: Hauptbahnhof, Post, 2 Supermärkte, Ravensberger Park, Kesselbrink, Rathaus, Theater, Stadtbibliothek, Altstadt usw.
