Die Wohnung umfasst einen komplett eingerichteten Wohn-/Schlafraum, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie einen Vorraum mit eingebautem Küchen-Element. Das Haus besitzt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie einen Fahrradkeller und einen Gemeinschaftsraum.
Die Wohnung ist 18 m² groß, befindet sich im dritten Stockwerk und hat die Sicht nach hinten, auf die Universität. Auf Wunsch können von mir besorgte Möbel und Gegenstände, wie ein extra Sessel, eine Lampe, ein Fernseher, etc. mitbenutzt werden oder von mir beseitigt werden.

DORM APARTMENT FROM SEPTEMBER 2019 TO MARCH 2020!
Herewith I offer my apartment for subtenancy in September 2019.
The flat measures 18 m² and contains a completely furnished living/bedroom, a bathroom including a shower and a toilet as well as a separate room which contains a built-in kitchenette. Internet access via the University's computer centre as well as telephone, cable-tv and radio connections are available in this flat. There is a laundry in the building right next to the flat, which you can use as well.
The flat is located on the third floor, the whole building is right next to the university and only two minutes away from the bus stop. On request, my own furniture and objects, such as an extra chair, a lamp, a TV, etc. can be used.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stockwerk und hat die Sicht nach hinten, auf die Universität. Außerdem befindet sie sich direkt an der Uni und nur zwei Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Perfekte Lage.
UNTERMIETE
Der Wohnheimplatz wird zur Untermiete bereitgestellt. Bei Interesse melde ich mich beim Studierendenwerk und vermittle Sie somit zu Ihrem neuen Vermieter (Studierendenwerk Bielefeld).
Nach dem befristeten Zeitraum geht das Mietverhältnis wieder auf mich über und ich übernehme die Wohnung wieder. Somit ist diese Wohnung eine tolle Alternative für Studierende, die im Zeitraum des Wintersemesters in Bielefeld verweilen wollen oder für Erasmus Studenten, die im Wintersemester die Universität Bielefeld besuchen wollen.
