Ich suche zum 18.01.2012 bis 20.03.2012 einen Zweischenmieter/In für mein 1-Zimmer-Appartement.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Flur, eigene Küche (mit Backoven und Kühlschrank) und eigenes Badzimmer. Der schöne Schlaf-/Wohnraum ist durch die 5 Fenster sehr hell und hat etwa 24 qm². Der Zweischenmieter/In könne alle meine Mobierte benuzten.
Im Keller befinden sich eine münzbetriebene Waschmaschine (230ct.)Ansonsten gibt es auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Die oben genannten Kosten von 215 Euro per Monate verstehen sich incl. zusätzlichen Ausgaben (auch: Heizung, Strom sowie Wasser). Sonst gibt es 5 Euro per Monate für Internetkost.
Die Lage ist ideal: Nähe Kesselbrink, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der HBF entfernt, 5 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn (Jahnplatz), verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe(Aldi,Real,Jibi usw.)
