Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn/Schlafzimmer und einer separaten Küche.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit:
- Herd,
- Backofen
- Schränke
- Arbeitsfläche/Tisch
- Kühlschrank (kann übernommen werden - der Preis ist zu verhandeln :) )
Das Zimmer überlasse ich ohne Möbel, du kannst es also so einrichten, wie du möchtest!
In der Diele gibt es einen großen Einbaukleiderschrank und Spiegel.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und ein Parkplatz (hinter dem Haus). Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, weil die Fenster nicht zur Straße hin ausgerichtet sind!
Waschmaschine gibt es in der Wohnung nicht, aber man kann die Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Waschraum (Keller) gerne nutzen.

The flat consists of a big living/bedroom and a separate kitchen.
The kitchen includes following equipment:
- stove
- oven
- cupboards
- working desk/high table
- fridge (can be left in the flat - the price is to negotiate)
The room will be left without any furniture, so that you can design it as you wish!
In the corridor is a big built-in wardrobe and a mirror.
To the flat belongs also a basement unit and a parking place (situated behind the building). The flat is very calm as the windows are not oriented to the street!
There is no washing machine, but you can use a common waschin machine in the laundry room in the basement.

Ein paar Schritten vom Gebäude befinden sich Bushaltestellen, von denen aus man sehr einfach ins Stadt-Zentrum fahren kann. Auch die U-Bahn (Wasserstraße) ist nicht weit von hier.
A few steps from the building are bus stops, which makes it easy to go the city center. The subway station Wasserstrasse is not far from there niether.
