Cozy apartment in student residence (flexible dates) - furniture included

Hey there!, I'm renting my small apartment FOR STUDENTS from 15.08 (or from 01.09) to 31/10 or 30.11 or 31.12 (FLEXIBLE DATES).

You'll be renting a small apartment only for you with small kitchen and private toilet. All the furniture is included (also the decoration and the hiking plant, which I'd appreciate you take care of!; it'll make your air cleaner and the place more green). Of course, I will make place for you, but please understand that I have to leave some books and (packed) clothes.

The building is located in an ideal place for students. There’s a communal small sport room, ping pong table, and a big communal garden where you can grill if the weather allows it. Additionally, there are common washing and drying machines downstairs (1,5€ per washing). There’s a cozy bar where you can grab cheap beer if it reopens someday after corona... Furthermore, you can rent a big kitchen (for about 15 persons) for only 10€ the day.

The janitor is normally from Monday to Friday on site in the morning, in case you have any questions or the room has any problems. If you have an urgent problem, there’s a 24/7 call service where you can find immediate help (also getting your door open if you forget the keys inside, for a fee).

You can use all equipment on the place: fridge (and freezer), microwave, furniture, water cooker, plates, cutlery and some few cooking pots, etc. The Wi-Fi is already installed (inside the room), and there is no additional fee for it.

Please note that this apartment is in a student residence. You have to be matriculated in a university of the region in order to rent it :).
