Mahleit,
ich bin noch in der Ausbildung bis Mitte Juni und danach gehts los rRichtung Studium und suche deshalb dringend eine Wohnung in Bochum.
SIe sollte ab 35 qm sein und möglichst nicht teuer bei einer KM von 300.
Wenn ein Balkon/Terasse oder eine Einbauküche dabei ist, würde Ich es natürlich bevorzugen.
