Looking for an apartment for 2 persons /a pair to live in Bochum.

I'm a Master student in Ruhr-Universitaet. I and my friend is looking for a long-term apartment for 2 persons (a pair) where is easy to Uni Bochum. The district of city is not restricted.

The condition of the accommodation is as follows:

-With furniture
-With private/own kitchen
-With private/own bathroom and toilet
-available from 19.10.2015
-Maximum Total rental is 350, including water,electricity, heating, internet and other fee.
-suitable room size for a pair.
-no smoker and no pet.

If the apartment include a south side Balcony is perfect and the car parking is not necessary .
