Looking for small apartment or apartment share

Looking for small, centrally located apartment preferably in Boeblingen/Sindelfingen area. I am American, 44, female and am an English teacher for various companies around Stuttgart. I have other sources of income for which I can also provide verification. I am quiet, have no pets and will take excellent care of the apartment and am a good neighbor. I'd prefer furnished but that is not required.

I would also consider a flat share under the right circumstances or would consider long term house/pet sitting in exchange for accommodations.

I too own rental properties in the U.S. and understand the importance of finding a good tenant. I can provide good local references and references abroad, upon request.

I speak fluent English and my German and Spanish are a work in progress.
