Meine vollmöblierte Wohnung befindet sich zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus. Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer mit Schlafnische, Wandschrank, Schreibtisch und Sesselgarnitur. Die Küche hat einen Tisch für mehrere Personen und genügend Platz für gemütliches Kochen. Bad und Küche sind jeweils separiert vom Zimmer. Bad kommt mit Badewannen-Dusche.
Die Lage ist optimal. DIrekt gegenüber ist ein REWE, kleine Cafes und Bars sind ganz in der Nähe und die nächste Straßenbahn fährt nur ca. 5 MInuten Fußweg entfernt.
Ich suche jemanden, der für einen Monat diese Wohnung übernehmen möchte und ggfs. auch im September/Oktober noch dableiben könnte (das kann noch besprochen werden).
Leider gibt es kein festes Internet, eine Waschmaschine zur Benutzung befindet sich im Keller.
