Das Zimmer ist 22 qm² groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche und das Badezimmer wird mit ein Mädchen und einen Jung geteilt (die allerdings sehr selten da sind).
Die Miete beträgt 270 € (alles inkl.!).
Das Zimmer ist 10 Minuten zu fuß von Hbf entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein ALdi und einen DM, und direkt gegenüber ist ein Mc Donalds und ein Dönerladen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie REWE, Ärzte, etc. befinden sich in Godesberg-Mitte (15 Min. entfernt).
Da ich im Moment in Hannover bin, sind die Besichtigungstermine nach Vereinbarung(könnten auch in der Woche sein).
