Hi, ich wohn hier seit 3 Jahren und wollte mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete abgeben an zum Beispiel jemanden der dann vor Ort nach einer Wohnung WG etc. suchen kann oder einfach nur zum Urlaub nach BG kommt.
Ich bin ein sehr ordentlicher Mensch, meine Möbel sind alle neu und ich möchte die Wohnung genauso wieder vorfinden, wie ich sie abgegeben habe.
Die Wohnung hat Dachschrägen, allerdings gehen die nicht bis zum Boden, was mehr Platz heißt. Stauraum hat die Wohnung zusätzlich.
Waschmaschine: Ja, im Keller
Ansonsten ist eigentlich alles vorhanden.
Zu Fuß sind es zum Lidl etwa 8 Minuten, zum REWE 10. Netto etwa 15 Minuten.
Mit dem Auto geht#s natürlich viel Schneller.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, zum Bad Godesberg Bahnhof sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und 15 Minuten zu Fuß
Von dort aus kann man in 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn in Bonn sein oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Zug.
Die Innenstadt von Bad Godesberg ist zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, eine katholische Kirche ebenfalls.
Alles in allem ist die Wohnung recht zentral aber man ist trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage.
Besichtigungen nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Ich gebe die Wohnung nur an jemanden ab der zuverlässig ist.
