Schöne helle Wohnung mit Pantry-Küche. Helles Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschbecken und WC) mit Fenster. Ganze Wohnung hell gefließt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Abstellraum direkt neben dem Appartment. Waschraum mit Waschmaschienenanschluss im Keller. Die Nebenkosten von 50 Euro sind eine Pauschale incl. Heizkosten. Strom und Wasserkosten zusätzlich.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Fahrrad kann im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Ruhige Lage im Beuler Zentrum, nur eine Gehminute zur Friedrich-Breuer Straße entfernt. Alle Besorgungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut (S-Bahn, Bus und Bahn). Mit Bus oder S-Bahn nur ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Uni-Hauptgebäude und ins Bonner Zentrum.
Wohnung wird zunächst nur zur Zwischenmiete angeboten, doch besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit die Wohnung ab Oktober zur Miete zu übernehmen, falls ich in einer anderen Stadt weiter studiere.
