Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine, schöne 1.Zimmerwohnung in Beuel-Limperich. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Flur, der ein komplette Schrankwand hat, mit viel Stauraum. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind weiß gefliest. In der komplette Wohnung ist ein schöner Holzboden verlegt. Einen Balkon gibt es auch, auf dem man wunderbar die Abendsonnen genießen kann.
Meine Küche kann man sehr gerne übernehmen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Beuel-Limperich. Vor der Tür ist direkt die Busshaltestelle, wo alle 10 Minuten ein Bus abfährt.
Zur Telekom am Landgrabenweg ist man in 5 Minuten, wenn man langsam geht :)
Zum Rhein ist es genau so „nah“
Ein Rewe ist auch in der Nähe.
