Die Wohnung ist eine helle 30qm Einzimmerwohnung im zweiten Stock. Der Wohnraum ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Da die Wohnung hintem im Gebäude liegt bekommt man vom Straßenlärm o.ä. nichts mit und sowohl Nachbarn als auch Vermieter sind sehr entspannt.
Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes ist ebenfalls eine Kneipe, welche zu eurem eigenen MacLarens werden kann. Aber auch von der bekommt man nichts in der Wohnung mit.
Die Wohnung liegt etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Konrad-Adenauer-Platz. Dazu ist die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Besonderes Highlight ist mMn der relativ kurze Weg zum Rheinufer, welches besonders im Sommer natürlich zu langen Abenden mit Freunden einlädt. Der nächste Edeka ist ca 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt.
Am besten ist eine Kontaktaufnahme per Whatsapp oder SMS. Ich bemühe mich schnellstmöglich zu antworten. Für Besichtigungen bin ich zeitlich durch das aktuelle Online Studium flexibel und es ist auch kein Problem kurzfristig einen Termin zu vereinbaren.
Optimalerweise wäre der Einzug schon zum 1.10. da ich mit einem Kumpel eine WG gründen werde.
