Schöne, helle und geräumige Einzimmerwohnung in Beuel mit separater Küche und separater Bad. Das Bad besitzt eine hübsche Duschkabine aus Kunststoff. In der Küche ist ein Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank. In der Wohnung ist ein Flur mit einer Bodenheizung für die ganze Wohnung. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein weißer Kleiderschrank. Es ist auch ein Fahrradkeller, ein waschkeller mit ein Trockenraum vorhanden.
Sehr zentral gelegen. 7 min zu Fuß entfernt ist die Haltestelle Konrad-Adenauer-Platz dort fahren die Bahnlinien 62 und 66 und die Buslinien 604,609, SB55, 607, 608 und in 12 min fußferne befindet sich die Haltestelle Bonn Beuel von dort dauern es 30 min bis nach Köln. Zur uni dauert es 15 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Am liebsten soll die Wohnung mit allen Möbeln für 680 euro übernommen werden (inklusive eine Waschmaschine die auf dem Bild nicht zu sehen und eine Matratze die natürlich optional ist). Die Gardinen und Lampen werde ich da lassen. Es sind Berufstätige und Studenten willkommen. Ein frührer Einzug ab dem 01.09 wäre auch möglich !
Mit der Matratze würden alle Möbel 780 euro kosten.
