Hello, My room is available for rent from 1st December 2017 to 31st December 2017 for 1 month. The student residence Tannenbusch II is located in the district of Tannenbusch close to a shopping center. It is by public transport very well connected to the city center of Bonn: The subway is just an six minute drive time, the main university building.
The room is fully equipped with furniture and of course high speed Internet. As I live in here, my furniture will be in the room that you can use. That includes- microwave oven, refrigerators, cooking utensils and so on. Of course I will make empty and clean some places so that you can put your stuffs.
The rent price is including all of the utility cost, in total the room rent is 250 euro and additional 200 euro caution money. At the end of your stay you will get back the caution money back if everything in room remains as it was provided to you. Room rent and caution money should be payed in advance (total 450 euro).
The student residence Tannenbusch II is located in the district of Tannenbusch close to the Tannenbusch shopping center. It is by public transport (Bus and tram) very well connected to the city center of Bonn, just 7 min driving distance to Bonn Hbf. The subway is at just six minute driving distance . . . . . . .....
