The apartment is located in Bonn in the serene and charming neighborhood of Duisdorf. It is well connected with public transport (1-3 min walking) and has various modes of transit (5 lines of buses and 1 train), transporting you to Bonn central station in 10 mins. Netto supermarket is 3 buildings away, as well as some restaurants. Fitx gym, Rewe, dm, Tedi, and Thalia are 10 min. on foot.

The room is spacious and cozy with a large window ensuring natural illumination. It is fully equipped with a double bed, desk, a wardrobe, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an oven, and an airfryer. The overall atmosphere is calm, convenient, and relaxing to support studying/working.

Internet subscription (+ €30) are excluded from the rent.

Es ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden (1-3 Minuten zu Fuß) und verfügt über verschiedene Verkehrsmittel (5 Buslinien und 1 Zug), die Sie in 10 Minuten zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof bringen. Der Netto-Supermarkt ist 3 Gebäude entfernt, ebenso wie einige Restaurants. Fitx Fitnessstudio, Rewe, dm, Tedi und Thalia sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Studio ist geräumig und gemütlich mit einem großen Fenster, das für natürliche Beleuchtung sorgt. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Heißluftfön. Die Gesamtatmosphäre ist ruhig, bequem und entspannend, um das Lernen/Arbeiten zu unterstützen.
