Es gibt eine Küche mit einem Herd, einen Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle.
Ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl und ein Kleiderschrank und eine Garderobe sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Ausstattung ist neu, modern und in einem guten Zustand.
Im Bad befindet sich eine begehbare Dusche.
Im Keller befinden sich zusätzlich noch ein Fitnessstudio bzw. ein Fitnessraum und eine Waschküche. Ebenfalls sind dort ein Aufenthaltsraum mit einer Küche als auch ein Kicker zu finden
Zusätzlich wird ein Lernraum zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem mit Freunden gelernt werden kann.

Solltest du Interesse haben, die Wohnung zu übernehmen bin ich bereit, die bei Staytoo anfallende Servicegebühr in Höhe von 400€, die beim Einzug fällig wird, zu übernehmen.
Bedingung für die Vermietung ist seitens des Vermieters, dass eine Bürgschaft für die Miete bestehen muss. Zusätzlich besteht eine Mindestmietdauer von 6 Monaten.

The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is furnished with 2 electric hobs for cooking, one fridge and a microwave.
The apartment has a bed, a desk and chair as well as plenty of space for clothes and all your other belongings.
In the Basement you will find a number of common rooms. With a football player, a pingpong plate and a small fitness room.

Please be aware, that should you decide to take over my lease, the service fee, that the company charge of 400€ will be paid by me.

An der Wohnung direkt befindet sich in 300m eine S - Bahn Station (Helmholtzstraße) so das man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am HBF ist. Ebenfalls liegt direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle.
In wenigen Minuten sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs erreichbar.
Auf dem Meßdorfer Feld kann man zusätzlich gut laufen gehen oder die Natur etwas genießen.
The Apartmentcomplex has a nice Garden in the back of the Building and has plenty of Space for Bike Storage.
