It includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, ceramic hob and built-in multifunctional microwave, a living area alongside a private bathroom and a bedroom with study area. The studio is very well isolated so you can easily relax in this quiet, comfortable and warm environment.

In the same residence you can enjoy a private gym with cardio equipment, exercise machines and weights, that is great if you want to clear your mind after a stressful day.
If you also like to party with friends you would love the big dining room with kitchen and Smart TV or the huge garden where you can enjoy the sun or some grilled food.

The final rent also includes the cleaning of the common areas, the utilities (electricity, water, heating) and a fast WiFi connection.

The contract will automatically renew every six months, unless canceled before so it is perfect both for long term stays or for short term ones (like Erasmus students).
