1 Zimmer Wohnung in Bonn (Staytoo Apartments) ONLY STUDENTS

I am looking for a tentant for my beautiful one room apartment in the Staytoo building starting in January (the move-in date is flexible, it can be 1st or 15th of January). The room is fully furnished, all furniture and equipments being new. The room is completely clenead when one takes over it. The room has a small kitchen (stove, microwave and fridge). Furthermore, the building has a studying room, big kitchen (oven, big TV), playing room (kicker, table tennis), gym (bikes, weights, etc), washing machines and garden (when one can play badminton, footbal, or make a barbeque). There is space to park both bikes and cars. There is one time tax of 400euros for the use of these common areas.

There are two bus station within 5 minutes walk and an s-bahn station that can be reached in 10 minutes max. In order to get to the central station it takes 10-15 minutes.

Staytoo is the best student community that one can encounter during the studies. The people here are amazing and you can always find someone to talk to or to play to. I loved my time here, but, I will continue my studies in another city and this is the reason why I am looking for a new tentant.

Ich suche eine(n) Mieter/in für meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung im Staytoo-Gebäude ab Januar (der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, es kann der 1. oder 15. Januar sein). Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, alle Möbel und Geräte sind neu. Das Zimmer ist komplett sauber, wenn man es übernimmt. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Küche (Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank). Darüber hinaus verfügt das Gebäude über ein Lernzimmer, eine große Küche (Ofen, großer Fernseher), ein Spielzimmer (Kicker, Tischtennis), einen Fitnessraum (Fahrräder, Gewichte usw.), Waschmaschinen und einen Garten (wenn man Badminton, Fußball spielen kann oder grillen). Es gibt Platz zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern und Autos. Für die Nutzung dieser Gemeinschaftsräume wird eine einmalige Steuer von 400 Euro erhoben.

Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß und eine S-Bahn-Station, die in max. 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Um zum Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen, dauert es 10-15 Minuten.

Staytoo ist die beste Studenten-Community, die man während des Studiums treffen kann. Die Leute hier sind großartig und man findet immer jemanden zum Reden oder Spielen. Ich habe meine Zeit hier geliebt, aber ich werde mein Studium in einer anderen Stadt fortsetzen und das ist der Grund, warum ich nach einem neuen Mieter suche.
