My sweet single apartment available for subletting for 2 months (March and April 2017), fully furnished including hi-speed internet and other utilities.
Furnished with big bed for a single person, sofa, table and chair, cupboard. Furnished kitchen with necessary equipments, refrigerator and a small oven. The big room with a big window is attached to a small hallway + kitchenette, which is separated with a door so you don't get any smell from cooking into the room. There is a spacious bathroom attached to the hallway with shower, toilet, basin and exhaust system.
Being on the third floor, a small part of the room is under the slant ceiling (dach geschoss) but it doesn't affect the rest of the square spacious room much.
The area is very quiet, peaceful and residential, good for a peaceful evening back home after work.
Multiple bus stops at 4 minutes walking distance. City center, Bonn HBF, Poppelsdorf University campus are all reachable with public transport within 8 minutes and 20 minutes by walking.
There are supermarkets( Aldi, Norma), Kik - shopping store, Apotheke(medical store) and Schell bakery near the bus stops.
There is no specific parking slot for the building but you can freely park in the street parking space. I never had problems to find a parking spot whenever needed.
Hygiene is very important!!! I own all the stuff in the apartment . For convenience to the user I am willing to provide all the items. In exchange, I want everything to be returned and maintained in the way they were given to you.
