470 € Warmmiete, 23m2, Euskirchenerstrasse 84b, from 15.05 to 30.09 (Permanent contract possible from October)

Afterwards you can make permanent contract if you'd like, otherwise the landord will look for the new tenant.

The 23m2 apartment is located in Endenich, Euskirchener str. 84b, bus stops are 40 seconds ("Euskirchener str.") and 1 min ("Von hymmen platz")walk, hence you can take buses 606, 607, 608 and 609. You can reach Venusberg avoiding journey to HBF by using the stop "Frongasse" and bus 632, that's also very comfortable and fast. The central station can be reached in 10-12 min. by busses, Nusalle street is also very close.

The rent (470 euro per month, exactly as I pay) includes everything except (even the wifi) the electricity, th
at you'll have to pay independently. The apartment is equipped with kitchen (Induction hotplate, oven, several plates and glasses, Induction bowl, Fridge and the freezer). The furniture and carpets will stay as shown in the pictures, so they are included in the price. The mattress can be also provided for free. Air filter is also presented in the apartment, so the atmosphere and air is always fresh :)

Apartment is having a personal balcony, while the whole facility is equipped with own garage space, separate space for bicycles, elevator is also presented. There are 4 washing machines and 3 dryers in the cellar (working with coins), all new and properly working. Additionally, personal space for keeping belongings in the cellar is also present.

Final rent, excluding the electricity (with student's tariff it's approximately 42 euros monthly) is 470 euro, also deposit for 850 euro is mandatory, as I've paid the same amount of deposit to the landord.

Before the moving in, sub-leaser contract has to be signed with me.

Die Möbel und Teppiche bleiben wie in den Bildern gezeigt und sind daher im Preis inbegriffen. Die Matratze kann daher kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Luftfilter werden auch in der Wohnung präsentiert, so dass die Atmosphäre und Luft immer frisch ist :)

Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit einem eigenen Garagenplatz ausgestattet. Separater Raum für Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Ein Aufzug ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt 4 Waschmaschinen und 3 Trockner im Keller, die mit Münzen arbeiten. Alle sind neu und funktionieren einwandfrei. Außerdem ist persönlicher Raum für die Aufbewahrung von Habseligkeiten im Keller vorhanden.

Die Endmiete ohne Strom (mit dem Studententarif sind es etwa 42 Euro monatlich) beträgt 470 Euro. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 850 Euro ist daher obligatorisch, da ich den gleichen Betrag an den Vermieter gezahlt habe.

Vor dem Einzug muss ein Untermietvertrag mit mir unterschrieben werden.
