Ich vermiete meine gemütliche sonnige Wohnung für vier Monate (01.10.2019 – 31.01.2020.) im Herzen von Endenich.
Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit großem Balkon, eine große Küche ,ein Flur, sowie einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es ist sehr ruhig und grün hier und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
Das Schlaf-Wohnzimmer ist vollständig möbliert,e s gibt ein großes Bett, eine Schlafcouch, einen Kleiderschrank sowie einem Fernseher. In der Küche gibt es einen Küchentisch mit drei Stühlen, einen Herd und Backofen, eine Waschmaschine sowie Geschirr und weitere Kochutensilien.
Comfortable sunny apartment for four months for rent ( 10/01/2019 - 01/31/2020.) in the heart of Endenich.
The apartment has a spacious living- bedroom with a large balcony, a large kitchen, as well as a small bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multiple dwelling. It is very quiet and green here and the neighbours are very nice.
The bedroom-living room is fully furnished, there is a large bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a television. In the kitchen is a kitchen table with three chairs, a stove and oven, a washing machine as well as crockery and other cooking utensils.
Endenich ist sehr zentral gelegen, nah am Campus Endenich und die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. in 10min ist man im Bonner Zentrum oder an der Universität. In 15 min am Rheinufer.
Endenich is very centrally located, close to the Endenich campus and the transport connections are very good. in 10min you are in the center of Bonn or at the university. In 15 min on the banks of the Rhine.
In unmittelbarer Nähe, ca 5 min zu Fuß, bekommt man alles was man braucht. Supermärkte: Netto, Aldi, Biosupermarkt, unfassbar guten Bäcker Gruhns, eine Apotheke.
Es gibt eine Tankstelle in der Nähe und man kommt schnell auf die Autobahn in Richtung Köln.
In direct proximity, approx. 5 min by foot, one gets everything what one needs. Supermarkets: Netto, Aldi, organic supermarket, unbelievably good baker Gruhns, a pharmacy.
There is a petrol station nearby and you quickly reach the highway in the direction of Cologne.
In Endenich gibt es zudem viele nette Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie dem irish Pub "The Fiddlers", das Rex-Kino, die Harmonie oder das Theater "Springmaus"
In Endenich there are also many nice places to go out like the irish pub "The Fiddlers", the Rex cinema, the Harmonie or the theatre "Springmaus".
