Das Zimmer hat große Fenster, welche sehr praktisch nach dem Kochen sind und viel Sonnenlicht in den Raum bringen. Die Küchennische ist etwas größer als sonst übliche Nischen. Sie besitzt einen Ofen und ein solides Glaskeramikkochfeld. Die lange Fensterbank ist perfekt für Pflanzen und andere Gegenstände. Das Badezimmer besitzt eine kleine aber feine Badewanne mit Dusche und ist auch mit einem großem Fenster ausgestattet.

The room has big windows, which are very useful after a cooking session und offers the sun light coming insight frequently. The kitchen part is better than the usual average 'one-room-kitchen'. It consists of an oven and a ceramic glass cooktop. The long window sill can be used as a tray for diverse things like plants, books or other stuff. A little bathtub with a shower is located in the bathroom also equipped with a big window.
Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Haltestelle Verdistr. oder Kaufmannstr. sind beide 5 Minuten entfernt, mit jenen man in 8 Minuten alle 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof gelang kann. Mit dem Fahrrad ist auch alles sehr schnell erreichbar.
Der Poppelsdorfer Campus und die Campo Mensa sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Poppelsdorfer Schloss und den Unigebäuden drumherum ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Sehr praktisch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Endenicherstraße. Dort ist Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, DM und etwas versteckt auch Rewe zu finden. Zur Altstadt kann man gut über die Viktoriabrücke gelangen, wo viele Bars aufzufinden sind. Kurz: alles nicht weit und sehr gut erreichbar. Der Endenicher Stadtteil bietet auch viele kleine Cafes und Shops zum herumtrödeln. Außerdem ist das Messdorferfeld super zum Joggen und Spazieren geeignet und ungefähr 10-15 Minuten vom Standort entfernt.
Im Haus wohnen überwiegend Studenten, dennoch ist es ruhig und sehr angenehm hier zu wohnen. __________________________________________________
The location is just gorgeous because everything is fast reachable.
The bus stop ‘Verdistr’ and ‘Kaufmannstr’ are both just 5 minutes away, which take you in 8 minutes to the main station and come frequently every ten minutes. But you can also reach everything very fast and easy by bike.
The campus Poppelsdorf and therewith the university canteen and cafeteria are likewise just 5 minutes away. Pretty useful are the nearby shopping opportunities on the ‘Endenicherstr’ for groceries and similar things since there is a Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, DM and a little hidden Rewe. You can reach the old town by crossing the victoria-bridge by foot or with the bike where you can find a lot of bars. So, all in all everything is good reachable and for small walks and dawdle through the streets Endenich as well as Poppelsdorf are very attractive (Kaufmannstr. belongs to Endenich but is more in between of both). Moreover, the ‘Messdorferfeld’ is perfectly for jogging, and taking a walk with friends, which is around 15 minutes away from your location.
In the house are living predominant students, however it is calm and comfortable to live here.
