Hallo zusammen! :)
Da ich ausziehe wird meine geliebte Wohnung direkt an der Mensa in Poppelsdorf frei. Sie befindet sich im EG, die Küche ist separiert zum Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad mit Lüftung steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 21 m^2 groß. Die Miete beträgt 400€ Kalt und 50€ für Betriebskosten (mit Ausnahme der Heiz- und Wasserkosten). Eine Waschmaschine mit 20ct pro Nutzung steht im Keller bereit. Einen eigenen Bereich im Dachboden gibt es auch. Gerne können Möbel übernommen werden und eine Online Besichtigung wäre auch möglich.
Einzug Ende Januar oder im Februar ist erwünscht.
