ich suche eine/n UntermieterIn für meine kleine aber feine Wohnung in Bonn Endenich für den Zeitraum vom 01.04 bis 01.10. Der Start und End Termin sind verhandelbar.
Die Wohnung hat ca.30 qm Größe und besteht aus einem kleinen Eingangsbereich, der Wohnküche, einem Schlafraum und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken. Zudem gibt es einen sehr schönen kleinen Garten, der zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Regal, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa und Küche). Im Keller gibt es Platz für eine Waschmaschine (im Moment jedoch nicht vorhanden), und ein Fahradkeller ist von der Straße aus zu erreichen.
Die Gesamtmiete setzt sich zusammen aus Kaltmiete (310 €), Wasser, Internet, Strom und anderen NK (180 €).

I am looking for a subtenant for my flat in Bonn Endenich from the 01.04.22 till the 01.10.22. The start and end dates are negotiable.
The apartment has about 30 m^2 and consists of a small entrance area, the kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a small bathroom including a shower, a toilet and a sink. In addition, the flat is connected to a small, private garden. The apartment is furnished (shelf, desk, sofa bed and kitchen) and there is space for a washing machine in the basement. A bicycle garage is accessible from the street.
The total rent consists of cold rent (310 €), and utilities (water, internet, electricity and other services = 180 €).
