Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, dafür dass sie nicht sehr groß ist. Ein Pluspunkt ist das Stabparkett, welches ich immer als sehr angenehm empfunden habe.
Die Ausstattung ist altmodisch aber einwandfrei in Takt. Das große Fenster ist gut isoliert und geschlossen ist der Straßenverkehr kaum hörbar.
Gerne würde ich Mikrowelle, Ofen, Kühlschrank (das dazugehörige Regal), Bücherregal und Esstisch bei Übergabe mitgeben. (alles zsm. 700€)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Nähe CAMPO) und die ÖPNV Anbindung ist äußerst gut (keine Minute bis zur nächsten Haltestelle und in 7 Minuten ist man am Hbf).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad circa 5 Minuten entfernt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und es gab nie ein Problem, dass sich nicht mit ihm lösen lies.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass ich doch ab und zu recht laut Musik gehört habe und keiner der Nachbarn hate je ein Problem damit :)
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Keller die mit Münzen bezahlt wird.
