Ich suche zum 01.06.2015 einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Graurheindorf. Die Wohnung liegt zentral (Haltestelle direkt gegenüber - 10 Minuten im Bus bis Zentrum). Der Rhein ist praktisch vor der Tür (zu Fuß braucht man 2 Minuten). Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Bett, Regal, Esstisch mit Stuhl, Einbauschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl), hat eine kleine Pantry-Küche mit 2 Oberschränken, 2 Herdplatten und einen Kühlschrank. Das kleine Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen geräumigen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Es gibt einen Kellerraum und Münzwaschmaschinen im Keller.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 280 Euro, die Nebenkosten betragen 80 Euro (inklusive Heizkosten). Ein neuer Teppich wird verlegt und die Wohnung wird frisch gestrichen übergeben. Bilder folgen.
