In der Küche sind 4 Herdplatten, 5 Schubladen (für Geschirr und Besteck) und 1 Spüle vorhanden. Einen Kühlschrank würde ich bei Interesse für 60 € verkaufen. Das Bad besteht aus Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche. Mit 47 qm ist die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ziemlich groß. Sie ist daher auch für 2 Personen geeignet. Es gibt zudem eine Empore, die man z.B. als Abstellraum benutzen kann.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz und ca. 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In 5 Minuten ist man in der Einkaufszone der Innenstadt mit REWE, dm, Media Markt und vielem mehr. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein Friseur, ein Biomarkt und ein paar Restaurants. In der Innenstadt ist oft was los, z.B. zur Karnevalszeit, beim Beethovenfestival, beim Afrika-Orient Kulturfestival oder beim Bonner Weinfest, um nur ein paar Straßenfeste zu nennen.
Bei Übernahme der Wohnung biete ich folgende Möbel zum Verkauf an: Kühlschrank 60 €, Sichtschutzrollo Bad 25 €, Verdunkelungsrollos Wohn-/Schlafzimmer 100 €, Kleiderschrank 300 €, Schreibtisch 20 €.
