Ich gebe meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Bonn Ippendorf ab dem 01.02 frei, weil ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen möchte. Ich habe hier jetzt für 3 Jahre während meines Bachelorstudiums gelebt und mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt.iist teilmöbliert und enthält eine Küchenzeile mit eingebautem Küchenschrank und ein eigenes Bad (kleine Badewanne mit Dusche). Das gesamte sonstige Interieur wurde selbst eingebaut und ist annähernd neuwertig (Badschrank, Klapptisch, Hochbett, Palettenregale , Servierwagen und Lampen) und kann auch gerne übernommen werden (300 Euro VB).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Grenze zu Bonn Poppelsdorf und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, weil die Bushaltestelle (siehe Bild) direkt vor dem Haus steht. So ist man in ca. 5 min in Poppelsdorf, wo viele Institute der landwirtschaftlichen und naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät sind (Nussallee, Meckenheimer und Endenicher Allee) und in 10 min am Hbf.
Mit dem Fahrrad kann man in 5 Minuten zum Edeka Richtung Röttgen radeln, oder den Bus nach Poppelsdorf nehmen, wo alle möglichen Geschäfte sind.
