Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit separater Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine) und großer Sonnen-Terasse.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten: Internet, Strom, Heizung... Es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten auf dich zu. Es gibt außerdem einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine zur freien Nutzung und Platz zum Trocknen.
Im Haus wohnen sonst nur Studierende, die den Garten hinter der Terasse auch nutzen dürfen.
Die Küche ist somit auch Durchgangsraum für alle Hausbewohner, was der einzige Nachteil ist. Mich hat es jesoch nie gestört, da hier alle sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll sind. Außerdem sind Wohnraum und Badezimmer getrennt von der Küche und durch den eigenen Zugang komplett privat.
I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-room apartment with separate kitchen (including dishwasher) and large sun terrace.
The rent includes everything: Internet, electricity, heating... So there are no further costs for you. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine for free use and space for drying.
Only students live in the house and they are allowed to use the garden behind the terrace.
The kitchen is therefore also a passageway for all residents, which is the only disadvantage. However, it never bothered me, because everyone here is very nice and considerate. In addition, the living room and bathroom are separate from the kitchen and completely private due to their own access.
Ich ziehe am 1.10. aus. Du könntest am Sonntag, 2.10. zur Besichtigung kommen und ggf. direkt einziehen.
Einige Dinge wie Mikrowelle, Duschvorhang + Stange müssten für einen geringen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Die Einbauküche inkl. Kühlschrank und Sitzecke bleiben so in der Wohnung. Du kannst also direkt loslegen. Nur einen Ofen gibt es leider nicht.

I move out on 1.10. You could come for a viewing on Sunday, 10/2 and move right in if necessary.
Some things like microwave, shower curtain + rod would have to be taken over for a small discount.
The fitted kitchen including refrigerator and seating area remain so in the apartment. So you can start right away. Only an oven is unfortunately not available.
