Ich suche einen Nachmieter für diese wunderschöne und sehr preiswerte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist voll-möbliert und sofort bezugsfertig. Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, und WC sind getrennt. Der Balkon ist groß und gemütlich. Man hat sogar einen großen Hinterhofgarten in gemeinschaftlicher Nutzung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kessenich und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Südstadt und Poppelsdorf (viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars).
Auch grenzt sie an Venusberg, wodurch das Uniklinikum Bonn leicht zu erreichen ist.
Mit der 61/62 und 600 gelangt man in 5-10 min zum Hauptbahnhof.
Sowohl Dottendorf, als auch Bad Godesberg sind gut zu erreichen.
Somit hat die Wohnung für diese geringe Miete eine sehr gute Lage.
Ich würde die Wohnung so wie sie ist gegen einen Abschlag übergeben.
