Eine weitere Kammer im Flur, ideal für begehbarem Kleiderschrank oder kl. EDV-Raum. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor 8 Monaten renoviert und hell gestrichen. Fußboden ist mit grauem Linolium bedeckt.Garage kann zudem angemietet werden (Kostet ca. 40 Euro). Auf Wunsch kann Umluftherd mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle (günstig)übernommen werden.
