Muss mich schweren Herzens von meiner Wohnung in der Nordstadt trennen. Die Wohnung ist c.a 21m² groß und verfügt über eine Kochnische. Sie liegt auf der Georgstraße, also mitten im schönsten und belebtesten Stadtteil Bonns - der zentralen Nordstadt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnlage ruhig, man wird also nicht um die Nachtruhe gebracht. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Plus) sind hervorragend, der Fußweg zur Uni beträgt 15 Minuten, Straßenbahn ist für die Lauffaulen aber auch um die Ecke.
In der Gesamtmiete von 300€ sind die Nebenkosten sowie ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus enthalten.
