Die Wände sind eher hellhörig, sodass man die Musik des Nachbarn ab und zu hört.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell, teilrenoviert und unmöbliert. Die Küche ist bereits in der Miete inbegriffen.
Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt 2 Buslinien zum Bonner Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof (ca. 10 Minuten). Edeka und Bäcker direkt nebenan.
