Looking for a new renter for my studio apartment. It's a sunny, well-lit space with high ceilings and a loft bed. It stays warm in the winter - I turned on the heater only a handful of times over the course of a year. Internet is included.
The room comes with a kitchen, which includes shelves, a sink, a refrigerator, a stove, and an oven. I can include furniture as well, if desired - I have a wardrobe, a small table with four folding chairs, a small lounge chair, and a display case with glass doors.
I'm looking for someone willing to rent as early as October 1, or . There's no minimum lease requirement - you can stay for two months or two years, whatever you need.
Internet is included.
The apartment is a 7-minute bike ride away from the University. It's a 5-minute walk to two different bus stops. It is also within walking distance of Poppelsdorf's bars, restaurants, and shops and 600 meters away from a gorgeous forested area with trails for walking, running, and biking.
I am leaving Germany on Wednesday (september 16) and would very much like to have someone ready to take this apartment before I leave.
