Verlasse meine wunderschöne helle 20 qm Wohnung in POPPELSDORF (30 Sekunden Gehweg zum Poppelsdorfer Platz)zum 1. Mai 2016 aus studientechnischen Gründen. Ein Wohnraum (2 Fenster) mit integrierter Pantrykücke plus Tageslichtbad. Gerne würde ich einen Teil meiner Möbel, wie z.B. das Hochbett mitverkaufen (Preis VB). Ruhige Lage nach hinten, nette Nachbarn, unkomplizierte Vermieter.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt- 30 Sekunden zum Poppelsdorfer Platz. Die Busverbindungen sind alle fünf Minuten getacktet, auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof und in der Innstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Bars sind um die Ecke.
Ich werde ab Mitte April aus dem Zimmer ausziehen, sodass du evtl. schon in der letzten Aprilwoche einziehen könntest.
