Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und mit Parkett ausgelegt. Sie liegt in der 11. Etage (Aufzug vorhanden). Der Balkon ist Richtung des Venusberges ausgerichtet und damit hat man sowohl eine gute Aussicht als auch Ruhe. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Bad mit Badewanne aber ohne Fenster. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum, was äußerst praktisch ist. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Single Küche in einem kleinen Räumchen mit Fenster. Das große Zimmer ist quadratisch und man hat viel Platz.
